They also had no streamlined estimate request process, no structured way to showcase their advanced repair equipment, and no integration for customer reviews—all essential elements for building trust in a competitive market. Apex needed a complete digital overhaul that improved their online visibility, simplified internal workflows, and reflected the high level of professionalism and technology in their shop.

Our Approach

Innovate Haus stepped in to modernize Apex Auto Collision’s digital presence and streamline their workflow. We began by redesigning their website with a clean, professional layout built on WordPress and Elementor, ensuring a smoother experience for customers booking repairs or exploring services. From there, we developed a fully customized form system that delivered structured, print-ready submissions straight to their inbox—solving the core operational issue their team faced.

 

At the same time, we built additional form types for estimate requests, integrated live Google reviews to strengthen trust, and created a dedicated section highlighting the shop’s advanced repair equipment. To increase visibility and attract more high-intent customers, we also implemented a targeted SEO strategy focused on collision repair keywords and local ranking opportunities. Every part of the approach was designed to elevate their brand, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth.
